🔹 Return Conditions
• The product must be unused, with the tag attached, and in its original packaging.
• You can create a return request within 14 days from the delivery date.
• Simply send your return request to info@pijarta.com or our WhatsApp line ( +90 551 490 1749).
• A return label will be sent to you after approval.
• Once the product reaches us, it will be inspected, and the return process will be approved.
• For returns, a shipping service fee of 99.90 TL will be deducted from the product price.
• The refunded amount will be reflected on the card used for payment within 1-3 business days.
• For defective, faulty, or incorrect shipments, all return costs will be covered by Pijarta.

🔹 Exchange Conditions
• You can request a size or pattern exchange for the product.
• For exchange requests, the existing product is sent back to us with the shipping cost paid by the recipient (fixed shipping fee of 99.90 TL).
• Once the product reaches us, the correct size will be sent to you with free shipping.
• For defective, missing, or faulty products, all shipping costs are covered by Pijarta.
• Exchange transactions are carried out according to stock availability.
